If you need to change your shipping address after you have already made a purchase please contact Support@BlessedByBella.com as soon as possible. We are only able to update your shipping address within 24 hours of your purchase.
Orders are shipped via E-Packet. E-Packets are a secure and reliable shipping source that receives USPS First Class Mail service. Orders are usually delivered within 7-14 business days. You can track your orders with the "Order Lookup" tab on our homepage.
Shipping price ranges from $3 to $4 for orders within the United States. Shipping cost for orders outside of the United States is $7.95.
Delivery time ranges depending on location. In efforts to save our customers money on shipping cost, delivery times range from 7-14 days. If delivery takes longer than 15 days, let us know and we will give you a discount on your next order. we can be reached at Support@BlessedByBella.com
We take such matters very seriously and will look into individual cases thoroughly. If a product is damaged, immediately take a picture of the product and email it to us along with your order or tracking number.

Yes! It is commonly misunderstood that a Paypal account is needed in order to make payments through Paypal. The truth is you DO NOT need one, although we strongly recommend you sign up to enjoy the added ease of use. Without a Paypal account, all you need is any Debit/Credit card .
Products are made to order. All sales are final. In certain cases a refund or exchange may be granted. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. Use the contact us form to email Support@BlessedByBella.com explaining why you would like a refund.
If a return is granted:
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days
